• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items marked as "Final Sale", gift cards, or digital products are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund

2. Once approved, we will send you instructions and the return address.
3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Refund Processing
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
